UM Surabaya Enters the Top 8 Rankings of AKU LLDIKTI 2021

University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya experienced a significant increase in ranking in the LLDIKTI VII Superior Campus Award (IKU). UM Surabaya is in 8th position with a total score of 475.0. While in the previous year UM Surabaya was in 13th position with a total score of 460.4. This ranking information can be seen on the page http://siladikti.kopertis7.go.id

Based on information from the work guide page of LLDIKTI Region VII East Java, there are at least four criteria for evaluating AKU 2021. These include the institutional and collaborative fields, educators and education staff, (Risbang) innovation research and development and the learning and student affairs sector.

M Ridlwan, vice chancellor for academic affairs, revealed that this increase is in accordance with the strategic plan that we have prepared carefully.

"The increase in rating is the result of strategic efforts that we have systematically compiled. We want an increase every year. Slowly but surely and never go down," said Ridlwan in a written statement (5/12/2021)

For this achievement Ridlwan also expressed his gratitude to the entire UM Surabaya academic community for all the hard work so far.

"Don't be complacent and complacent about the results that have been achieved. Continue to improve institutional performance, improve the quality of educators and education staff. Let's maintain the many innovations we have created. In the future, UM Surabaya will continue to improve in all respects, including development initiatives, curriculum revisions, and trying hard to achieve international accreditation," he added.

At the end of his statement, Ridlwan hopes that this achievement will become a reference for the entire academic community so that they work together and continue to work so that the rankings increase every year.
