Ini Keuntungan Beasiswa Influencer dan Alumni SMK IT UM Surabaya

Registration for new students at University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya (UM Surabaya) has entered batch 3 which has been open from 1 July to 31 August. In this third batch, UM Surabaya is still opening opportunities for influencer scholarships and IT Vocational High School alumni to encourage Indonesia's young generation to remain creative and productive in the digital era.

"We are entering a new era with a new way of working interaction. It takes a young generation who is creative in utilizing social media, both celebrities, vloggers and influencers and others," said Mundakir Deputy Chancellor 4 for Digitalization, Cooperation, Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan UM Surabaya.

According to Mundakir, this scholarship is provided so that the younger generation is creative in opening new work spaces and is productive in conveying messages that have positive values.

"As a Muhammadiyah campus, apart from being creative, recipients of influencer scholarships and IT Vocational High School alumni are required to be productive, especially in conveying messages and having good public speaking qualities," he said again.

Mundakir explained that influencer scholarship recipients and IT Vocational High School alumni, if they pass the selection, will get the right to free building fees.

"To register for this scholarship, the requirements are quite easy, scholarship applicants must have an active and productive social media account, be willing to sign a contract with the New Student Acceptance Information Institute (LIPMB)," he added.

At the end of his statement, Mundakir explained that the influencer scholarship applies to all study programs except the Faculty of Medicine (FK) and the Faculty of Dentistry (FKG). After registering for this scholarship, they will undergo an interview test and will see social media accounts and their influence on social media.
