Management is the study of how to organize, manage, plan, and divide tasks to achieve the goals or targets of the company. So, management science learns about the ways or methods used to manage organizations or companies for the better.
Excellence
Currently, the Management study program has 776 students and three concentrations of specialization, namely Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and Financial Management. Management Study Program also contributes to MBKM activities by passing students in Independent-Domestic Student Exchange activities, Certified Independent Study Internships, and Teaching Campus.

UMSurabaya business management graduates work in the fields of business development, marketing, human resources (HR), banking, and industrial relations. These roles exist in almost all industries, from the food, fashion, retail, manufacturing, health, to tourism industries.
