Towards Eid there are many preparations that are usually done by someone. One of them is the appearance ahead of Eid. To make your appearance more attractive, there are several things you can do to lighten your skin. The reason is, when meeting with their families, many people crave healthy and glowing skin, many of them even feel insecure if they appear with dull, unhealthy and not bright skin.
Neny Triastuti, a lecturer at the UM Surabaya Faculty of Medicine (FK) who is also a beautician, said that when a person fasts, a detoxification process will occur which will have an impact on skin health. But for maximum results, a healthy lifestyle must be lived.
According to him, routinely using skincare will have an impact on the skin so that it becomes glowing during Eid.
"Routine skincare is still being done morning and night, but still make sure drinking intake is sufficient at dawn, iftar, or after eating meals, and before going to bed," said Neny Tuesday (18/4/23)
Neny suggested that in order to get maximum results, one should limit the intake of fried foods at dawn and breaking the fast. This is because it can affect the condition of the face, starting from an oily face, appearing blackheads, to pimples.
"Don't forget to exercise and get enough sleep, including the day before Eid," he added.
Furthermore, so that the results of a glowing face look real, there's nothing wrong if someone has facial treatment at the clinic. One of the recommended treatments is facial meso.
"Then, it can also be a black doll laser which can reduce spots, to brighten the skin and help speed up the process of forming collagen in facial skin, an IPL laser for skin rejuvenation and brightening the skin, or a laser toning cure to get rid of acne scars," said Neny again.
Neny explained that all types of treatment have a quick downtime or recovery period, without anesthesia, without needles, and without pain. So, welcome Eid with a glowing face without any pain on your face.
"Regarding what treatment should be chosen, it must be adjusted to the condition of the facial skin, it is better to consult a doctor first," concluded Neny.
