Someone tends to be obese and overweight due to low physical activity or sports. There are so many things that hinder someone from exercising, because they are lazy, busy and tired. Exercise is very clear that it has many benefits for the body, especially for the immune system.
Nurse UM Surabaya Islam Syarifurrahman said, the frequency of good exercise is 2-3 times a week so that the body's immunity increases and it is even able to manage stress. Islam says that a person does not need to do sports that are too strenuous, just take a leisurely walk, cycle, run in the morning for 30 minutes.
So what happens to the body if someone is lazy to exercise?
First, the immune system decreases. Good and regular exercise is able to maintain the metabolic system thereby increasing the body's immunity and maintaining it.
Second, slow metabolism. If the body lacks exercise, the metabolism in the body will slow down, so that our body will experience obesity and will be susceptible to disease
Second, increased blood sugar. Sports activity has an important influence on controlling blood sugar levels, regular exercise can reduce a person's sugar levels. Blood sugar levels that are not controlled when sports behavior is bad.
Third, tired easily. Someone who lacks exercise when doing only small activities, the body will tire easily. Exercise is important because it can increase energy in the body.
Fourth, hypertension. Someone who does less physical activity by exercising will be at risk of developing hypertension due to the risk of being overweight.
"Good physical activity will make blood vessels more elastic so that they can reduce peripheral resistance," concluded Islam.
