The following types of drinks can cause excess weight gain, the first being fruit juice with added sugar. Because sugar is one of the contributors to very high calories. So if you consume it too often without being accompanied by sufficient physical activity and exercise it can cause excess weight gain.
Both are fizzy drinks, because sodas contain high amounts of sugar and usually don't give you a feeling of fullness. As a result, the intensity of eating will also increase, so that regular consumption of soft drinks can lead to increased body weight and an increased risk of health problems such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
The third is the consumption of alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine and other liquors can cause weight gain if consumed excessively or regularly, because alcohol has a high calorie content and is often overlooked in daily calorie calculations.
