Strengthening the Capacity of Human Resources (SDI).
Human resources (human) are the heartbeat of the university's progress. In terms of quantity and quality, SDI on campus must be an important concern so that the university's vision and mission can be achieved. The existence of lecturers and education staff must be ensured to be effective and contribute positively to the development of the university. That is why the capacity of SDI must continue to increase and be measurable. The culture of innovation and collaboration must continue to be fostered so that this campus continues to move, live, grow and develop. We hope that the number of LK and Professors will increase by 5-7%. The culture of innovation must be the breath of the main activities of the entire academic community of UM Surabaya.
Strengthening the Implementation of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK).
The values of AIK are the lungs of PTMA. We want AIK to truly grow and blossom on the UMSby campus. In addition to being the mandate of the organization, I also believe that the most interesting and effective differentiation that other universities do not have is the implementation of Islamic values for all academicians including students.
Strengthening the campus Internationalization and Digitalization program.
The position of the campus must be improved from the national level to the international level. International cooperation partners through research collaboration, joint publication, student exchange, double degree programs and international accreditation need to be carried out and improved. Moreover, with the internationalization of the campus, the opportunity for global da'wah to spread Islamic values as rahmatan lil alamin is increasingly open. Meanwhile, the digitalization program is one of the needs and forms of campus adjustment to changes in information technology that continue to develop rapidly. Digitalization is a necessity in the global era.
